About mentoring

Mentoring is an effective human resources development tool that has proven to be useful especially regarding support of young, well-qualified women. In a direct one-to-one relationship, an experienced professor (mentor) offers her individual and practical advice to a competent female doctoral student (mentee): mentors support doctoral students in terms of career development and provide constructive feedback concerning the mentees? performance and competences. Moreover, they explain unstated rules of the academic community and help their mentees entering professional networks.

Depending on the mentees choice, we try to recruit well-experienced professors from universities or research centers for our program.
