In September and October, two mentoring programs for female students interested in doctoral studies will start a new round at Paderborn University. While the six-month peer mentoring program "Einblick!" graduates from all faculties exchange ideas with other female students and a doctoral candidate about the prospect of a doctorate, the one-to-one mentoring program "perspEktIve M" is aimed specifically at female students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics from the fourth bachelor's semester onwards who are interested in working in science.
The peer mentoring program "Einblick" – apply until August 15
Interested parties can still apply for the six-month "Einblick!" program until August 15. The goal of the program, which starts in September, is to support participating female students in their decision-making process.

- Participation in qualification courses offered by the university with subsequent evaluation in the respective group
- Kick-off and closing events as a supporting program
A digital information event will be held on Wednesday, July 19, at 1 p.m., to which all interested women are cordially invited.
