Support for research projects
To support female junior professors and postdoctoral researchers at Paderborn University, a pool for WiMi positions has been institutionalised. Female junior professors and postdoctoral researchers from all faculties at Paderborn University can receive WiMi positions for a one-off period of 12 months to strengthen their research project.
