The Paderborn University has institutionalised a personnel pool for female graduates as start-up funding for a doctorate. This enables the best female graduates of a graduating year to be supported with funding for academic staff positions for up to one year. The aim of the funding is to develop and secure the requirements for further funding (scholarship, application for a research project) within this year.
