The DAAD has launched a new funding programme for students and PhD students "at Risk". The Hilde Domin Programme supports students and PhD students worldwide who are at risk of being formally or de facto denied the right to education in their country of origin due to their ethnic, sexual, gender or religious identity or their political or civic involvement, or with a recognised refugee status and/or a right to asylum due to the above-mentioned risk. Detailed information on the programme can be found here.
Only Paderborn University's Executive Board is entitled to propose candidates, the candidates cannot apply themselves.
The proposals of Paderborn University will be collected centrally and the candidates will be proposed to the DAAD via the Executive Board.
Suitable candidates can be proposed on an ongoing basis.
